1. Service Description

SNAPI is a subscription-based call protection platform designed to help users screen incoming calls, block spam, and manage voicemail through intelligent call routing technology.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use SNAPI.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

SNAPI operates on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund unless requested within our Refund Policy window.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

• For unlawful purposes
• To harass, threaten, or defraud others
• To interfere with telecommunications networks
• To transmit illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for reliable service, SNAPI depends on third-party telecommunications and hosting providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

SNAPI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNAPI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
