Note: SNAPI is designed to screen and route calls and to reduce spam. We do not sell call data to third parties.

  • Screening results (for example, whether a call was allowed, challenged, blocked, or sent to voicemail).
  • Voicemail content and transcripts if you use features that allow callers to leave messages.

  • Pages visited, approximate location, and how you interact with our websites.
  • Diagnostic information that helps us monitor uptime, security, and performance of our systems.

While we work hard to reduce spam and unwanted calls, we cannot guarantee that all spam or malicious calls will be blocked, or that no legitimate calls will ever be delayed or filtered.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNAPI Technologies LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of our services.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of our services will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or to the minimum amount permitted by law if greater).
