Customer satisfaction is our top priority. This page explains how refunds work for SNAPI services.

1. SNAPIPro refunds

We stand behind our service. If SNAPI isn’t right for you, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Feedback survey (optional)

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.
