We stand behind our service. If SNAPI isn’t right for you, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

When you request a refund, we may invite you to complete a short feedback survey. Your feedback helps us improve SNAPI for all customers.
Participation is optional and not required to receive a refund.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.
